By accessing and using the services provided by DrivenStack, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services

Services

DrivenStack provides automation consulting, GoHighLevel implementation, CRM migration, AI integration, and revenue operations services on a project or monthly retainer basis. All engagements are governed by a signed service agreement between the client and DrivenStack that defines the scope of work, deliverables, fees, and timelines

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent or guardian to use our services

Client Obligations

By engaging DrivenStack you agree to provide timely feedback, access to required platforms, and accurate information necessary for the delivery of services. Delays caused by the client do not extend refund eligibility or reduce fees owed

Billing and Payment

All fees are invoiced monthly in advance via Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. By completing payment the client confirms acceptance of the service agreement and the billing period it covers. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the balance is settled

Delivery Acknowledgement

At the end of each billing period or project milestone, DrivenStack will provide a written summary of work completed. The client has five (5) business days to review and raise concerns in writing. If no concerns are raised within this period, the work is deemed accepted

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing fourteen (14) days written notice via email. Upon termination the client is responsible for payment of all services performed up to the effective termination date. If DrivenStack terminates, any prepaid fees for unperformed work will be refunded

Refund Policy

If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the services and raises the concern within the active billing period, DrivenStack will work to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible, DrivenStack may issue a partial or full refund for the current billing period at its discretion. Refunds will not be issued for billing periods in which the client actively engaged with services, attended calls, or received deliverables without raising concerns

Dispute Resolution

The client agrees to contact DrivenStack directly to raise any concerns before initiating a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal through a bank or payment processor. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedies. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting DrivenStack constitutes a breach of the service agreement

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website including text, images, logos, and software are the property of DrivenStack and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Work product delivered to clients becomes the client's property upon full payment of all associated fees

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose including violating applicable laws, infringing on the rights of others, uploading harmful software, or collecting personal information from users without consent

Limitation of Liability

DrivenStack and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The Last Updated date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
